Sarasota church plant celebrates new life in christ

One of Church on Bayshore’s Missions priorities is church planting, both locally and globally. We partner with Gospel-centered churches needing assistance to reach their communities. One of our partnerships is with One Life Church in Sarasota, Florida where their mission to bring the lost to Christ has already been fruitful.

Back in the spring, Teagan, a 25-year-old young woman who had never attended church in her life, began attending One Life Church. She stumbled across it on TikTok and decided to visit one Sunday. When she returned the next week, she committed her life to Jesus and immediately began attending a LifeGroup.

Not only did Teagan make a commitment to Christ, but she was so excited about Jesus that she traveled to the other coast of Florida to help a friend find a church where she could get connected!

Teagan—and every person God reaches through One Life—isn’t just part of their story; they’re part of Bayshore’s story, too. Pray for One Life and all of our church plants to see further spiritual growth in the church and impact in the communities surrounding them.

“We don’t just want to grow our church, we want to build the kingdom.”
