Thanksgiving Volunteer Registration

Join us in hosting our community for our Community Thanksgiving Meal on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24 from 11:30am-1:30pm Volunteer Opportunities: (You can register for as many as you like). Some assignments within each category may be completed before the scheduled end-time of that shift. You will be notified prior to the event which roles/shifts you have been assigned.

Wednesday Set-up/Prep/Decorating - (9am-11am) - Decorating, Table Set-Up, Wrapping Silverware) Thursday 1st Kitchen Shift - (6:00am-8:00am) - Help with Food Preparation  Meal Prep (8:00am-10:30am) - Help with Food Preparation Meal Delivery Prep (10:30am-11:30am) - Help prepare to-go boxes and package/box up for delivery Meal Serving (11:00am-1:00pm)  - Help in kitchen serving food for meal Hosting, Welcoming and Serving Tables during Meal (11:00am-1:30pm) - Helps Host/Hostess Tables, Serving food to tables, refill drinks, connect people, make sure no one is alone Meal Delivery (11:00am-12:00pm) - Delivers meals in the community Clean - Up (1:30pm-2:30pm) - After Event Clean-Up

As a Thanksgiving Volunteer you do not need to register for the meal. Volunteering adds you into the meal count.
